Meredith is passionate about helping people discover self-love and serenity through yoga.
Whether it's teaching community classes or one-on-one through movement, she helps guide individuals in finding their true self, resulting in positive self-image.
Meredith has her B.A. in Psychology and has always been intrigued with the study of human behavior and the mind.
Throughout the years of working in different fields including teaching Preschool, Tech Industry and Real Estate, she has observed that no matter where people come from or life experience, they all do their best at any given moment with what they know.
Her belief is Yoga is a way to open your heart to others and most importantly, to yourself. Her classes offer a safe, encouraging environment where she believes it's helpful to listen to your body and stray from comparing yourself to others.
Meredith has completed her Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 or more hours of training. Including Yoga Shala, Yoga Therapy, Success over Addiction and Relapse (S.O.A.R.), Hands on Assist and Healing Touch.
